Sign up and name your assistant

Create your Alchemize account and configure your first assistant — give it a name your client's visitors will see, and pick the brand voice (formal, friendly, or direct). No credit card required for the trial.

Paste the embed snippet

2 minutes

Copy one line of HTML and paste it into the head of your client's site. The assistant is live immediately, but stays silent until you configure the first question sequence in step 3.

Set your qualification criteria

Define the signals that matter: decision-maker status, budget range, timeline, and intent. Assign weights to each. Alchemize uses these to score every conversation — and shows the rationale on every lead card.

Link your team Calendly account. Set a score threshold — leads above the threshold get offered a slot directly in the conversation. Leads below get a softer close or a nurture email.
