What counts as a qualified meeting?
A qualified meeting is a Calendly slot booked through Alchemize where the lead reached your minimum score threshold (you set this per client). No-shows and cancellations within 2 hours don't count.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to your chosen tier from day one.
Are there setup fees?
None. The embed snippet takes five minutes and we walk you through it on the onboarding call. There are no professional-services charges.
How long is the contract?
All plans are month-to-month. Annual billing saves 20% and is paid upfront, but you can still cancel — we'll refund unused months pro-rata.
Is the chatbot white-labelled?
On Growth and Scale it is. The assistant responds under your client's brand name, voice, and colour scheme. No "Powered by Alchemize" visible to their visitors.
What integrations do you support?
Calendly (all plans), HubSpot CRM (Growth+), Slack recap notifications (Scale), and Zapier for anything else. More integrations are shipped regularly — see the changelog.
What if the chatbot doesn't book any meetings in a month?
You pay only the base subscription — there's no per-meeting charge that month. We also have an active-setup review where we look at conversation logs and tune the scoring thresholds with you.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Who owns the lead data?
You do. All conversation data, scores, and contact details belong to you (or your client). We process it under your instruction per our DPA. We never use your data to train models or sell it.
Is Alchemize GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Data is processed in the EU/UK. We sign a standard Data Processing Agreement, can deploy an EU-only data residency configuration on Scale, and support your cookie-consent requirements out of the box.
What support do I get?
Starter gets email support (next business day). Growth gets priority email + Slack (same day). Scale gets a dedicated CSM, SLA, and 24/7 escalation path.
Can I get a custom plan?
Yes. If you have more than 10 clients or need custom SLAs, SSO, or audit logs, talk to us. We quote within 48 hours.
